About Halden & Rue
Our story
Halden & Rue sells modern furniture direct: low sofas, lounge chairs, solid ash dining pieces, travertine tables, a platform bed and the cushions and throws that soften a room.
Why us?
Exceptional quality
Solid ash frames, honed travertine and dense boucle and linen, chosen to look good after years of daily use.
Timeless design
Low, simple shapes that sit quietly with what you already own, not just this season's trends.
Responsible choices
Removable covers and solid wood construction: pieces made to be kept, not replaced.
Tailored to you
Every room is different. Pick the size, fabric and finish that suit yours, and ask us when you need advice.
Our craftsmanship
Quality and craftsmanship are at the heart of everything we do. We build on solid ash frames, cut our coffee table from a single block of travertine and choose dense, soft fabrics: furniture that is comfortable first and made to stand the test of time.
